OUR PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT & MAINTENANCE STAFF Cardinal Group Management takes great pride in its communities. Our company specializes in student housing and trains our staff on how to effectively and properly to respond to any situation that may arise. Our local community managers are supported by leasing, business, and maintenance personnel along with our professionally trained student staff. Our office, leasing staff, and expert maintenance are ready to assist your student with anything we can! WHAT IS INDIVIDUAL LEASING? With individual leases, YOU are responsible for YOUR rent. You aren't liable for your roommates' rent at all! Unlike a traditional or a joint lease, if your roommate transfers, graduates, or fails to pay his/her rent, it does not affect you or your lease. College students have enough to worry about. An individual lease is one less thing! DO I NEED RENTER'S INSURANCE? In our effort to create a more enjoyable living environment for the student renter, we now require all residents to carry an active renter's insurance or tenant liability policy during their lease term. Please contact the leasing office for more details about renter's insurance. WHAT'S THE DEAL WITH ROOMMATE MATCHING? The Vault offers FREE Roommate Matching Services to all of our residents. We do all of the work! All you have to do is fill out our comprehensive roommate matching form and our professionally trained staff will find the best roommate for you! WILL MY APARTMENT COME WITH FURNITURE? The Vault is fully furnished. Just bring your personal items and you're set! Each apartment comes with all major appliances, living room, and bedroom furniture. Bedrooms include a full XL bed frame and mattress and dresser. Living room/common areas come furnished with a sofa, chair, coffee table, built-in dining table with barstools. WHAT IS THE RESIDENT PORTAL? All of our residents and their guarantors have access to our online resident portal, helping you and then keep up to date with their life! You or your student can pay rent online via checking or savings account, set up automatic monthly payments, and submit maintenance requests! CAN I BRING MY PET WITH ME? Yes! The Vault is pet-friendly. Make sure to register weight the office and be advised that pet fees, additional pet rents, and breed restrictions may apply. DO YOU HAVE TO BE A STUDENT TO LIVE AT THE VAULT? You don't! As long as you meet our qualifying criteria, you're welcome to apply and sign a lease! WHAT'S INCLUDED? On top of our awesome amenity package, we also include cable, internet, electricity, and water as well as furniture, and appliances. Did we mention there's no cap on utilities?
